Sunday, March 2: Rockhurst High School standout Will Walsh’s college team loses to Kansas State Wildcats

On Sunday, March 2, former Rockhurst High School standout Will Walsh’s current college team, the Nebraska Cornhuskers, lost 9-6 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Kansas State Wildcats.

The game took place at Riders Field. This was their first matchup against the Wildcats this season.

The Cornhuskers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 8 at 1 p.m. at Hawks Field at Haymarket Park against Washington Huskies.
