A member of the Pagan’s Motorcycle Club has admitted guilt in connection with an armed assault and an attempted assault against rival motorcycle clubs. Jeremiah Z. Hahn, also known as "Pass Out," entered a guilty plea before U.S. District Judge Greg Kays in Kansas City, Missouri.
Hahn, 42, from Cameron, Missouri, pleaded guilty to charges including assault with a dangerous weapon in aid of racketeering, attempting to commit assault with a dangerous weapon in aid of racketeering, and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
The first incident occurred on May 30, 2022, when Hahn and other members of the Pagan’s attacked a rival gang member at a business in Grain Valley, Missouri. Hahn used an axe handle during the attack. The second incident took place on September 3, 2022, when Hahn and others traveled to Topeka, Kansas for a planned revenge attack against another rival gang. Although armed with a gun and prepared to shoot a rival member spotted in a hotel parking lot, the plan was aborted due to internal disagreements.
Following these events, participants were awarded patches for their involvement.

Under federal law, Hahn faces up to twenty years imprisonment without parole. However, his sentencing will be determined by the court based on various guidelines and factors after a presentence investigation is completed by the United States Probation Office.
Assistant U.S. Attorneys Bradley K. Kavanaugh and Robert Smith are prosecuting this case which was investigated by several agencies including the FBI and local police departments.
