Today, we recognize a team of hostage negotiators for peacefully resolving a standoff Friday that shut down Interstate 435.
This is Officer Derek Bohi who talked for hours on the phone with a man who had assaulted a woman, holding her hostage at one point in a hotel.
The suspect is facing felony charges.
