A Springfield, Missouri man has been sentenced to 50 years in federal prison for sexually exploiting two children. Yevgeniy Dudko, 53, received the sentence from U.S. District Judge M. Douglas Harpool and will not be eligible for parole. After his release, Dudko will be under lifetime supervised release and must register as a sex offender according to both federal and state requirements.

Dudko was convicted on March 20, 2025 of two counts of using minors—identified in court documents as Jane Doe 1 and Jane Doe 2—to produce child pornography between November 20, 2021 and March 14, 2023. He was also found guilty of one count of receiving and distributing child pornography after a bench trial.

Investigators discovered about 1,000 images and videos of child pornography produced by Dudko involving the two victims.

"This case was prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Ami Harshad Miller," according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Missouri. The investigation involved Homeland Security Investigations, the Southwest Missouri Cyber Crimes Task Force, and the Greene County Sheriff’s Department.

The prosecution was part of Project Safe Childhood—a national initiative launched by the Department of Justice in May 2006 aimed at combating child sexual exploitation and abuse through coordinated efforts among federal, state, and local agencies. More information about Project Safe Childhood can be found at www.usdoj.gov/psc.
