Chef Ted Habiger brings new restaurant concept to Kemper Museum

Ted Habiger, a chef and restaurateur known for his influence on the Midwest dining scene, has added another project to his portfolio with Oil on Linen at the Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art. Habiger is recognized as a James Beard semifinalist and previously worked at Union Square Cafe. He is also behind Kansas City restaurants such as Room 39.

Habiger emphasizes supporting local farms and mentoring young chefs. His approach to cuisine spans from Missouri to the Yucatán, focusing on ingredient-driven dishes.
