Sporting Kansas City will play San Diego FC at Children’s Mercy Park on Saturday night. The match is part of the Major League Soccer regular season and will be broadcast nationally on FS1 and FOX Deportes, with streaming available through MLS Season Pass. According to the league’s official Player Status Report, Sporting Kansas City will be without defender Joaquin Fernandez due to a hamstring injury and midfielder Erik Thommy because of a hip injury. Defender Tim Leibold is suspended as a result of yellow card accumulation. Manu Garcia and Khiry Shelton, who missed the previous match in Vancouver, are no longer listed on the club’s Sports Medicine Report.

San Diego FC has several players unavailable for the upcoming game. Goalkeeper Pablo Sisniega, defenders Willy Kumado, Paddy McNair, Oscar Verhoeven, forwards Marcus Ingvartsen and Anisse Saidi are all out with lower body injuries.

Kickoff is scheduled for 7:45 p.m. CT, with an actual kick time of 7:55 p.m.
