Governor Mike Kehoe has announced the appointment of ten individuals to various boards and commissions, as well as the filling of two county vacancies in Missouri.
Brian Adelsberger of Dardenne Prairie will join the Child Abuse and Neglect Review Board. Adelsberger is a detective sergeant with the St. Charles County Police Department and is involved with several professional associations, including the American Association of Police Polygraphists and the Missouri Polygraph Association. He currently chairs the St. Charles County Child Fatality Review Board.
James Bagley from Maryville has been appointed to the Missouri Health Facilities Review Committee. Bagley serves as chief executive officer at United Electric Cooperative and previously worked for Raccoon Valley Electric Cooperative, Glidden REC, Sho-Me Power Electric Cooperative, and the United States Department of Energy. He also served in submarine service with the U.S. Navy.
Brad Frazier of St. James will serve on the America 250 Missouri Commission. Frazier is a retired Walmart logistics professional and an adjunct associate professor at Saint Louis University. He serves as an election judge for Phelps County and leads his local Sons of the American Revolution chapter.
Nancy Hoeman from Springfield has been reappointed to the Child Abuse and Neglect Review Board. Hoeman is a retired registered nurse who previously coordinated nursing at Springfield-Greene County Health Department and volunteers for several organizations in her community.
Dr. Jamie Kondis of Clayton was also reappointed to the Child Abuse and Neglect Review Board. Dr. Kondis is an associate professor at Washington University School of Medicine, active in multiple pediatric organizations, and holds a medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine.
Doug Krtek from Parkville joins the Missouri Health Facilities Review Committee as president of Krtek Real Estate Services, with involvement in local business groups such as Northland Chamber of Commerce.
Jay Moore from Jefferson City has been named Cole County Auditor after serving over 30 years in state government roles including budget manager for the Missouri Department of Health.
Chrislynn Price from Stockton was appointed Cedar County Clerk after holding several positions within that office, most recently serving as interim clerk.
Rinnie Reed from Lampe joins the Child Abuse and Neglect Review Board. Reed manages projects for Dimensional Innovations, founded One Less—a nonprofit supporting foster families—and serves as vice president at Child Advocacy Center.
Amy Robins from Wentzville was reappointed to the Child Abuse Neglect Review Board. Robins owns Robins Child Protection Consulting, directs forensic services at Children’s Advocacy Services of Greater St. Louis, works as a Title IX investigator for Washington University, and received recognition from prosecuting attorneys for her work on family violence cases.
John Schicker from St. Louis will serve on the 22nd Circuit Judicial Commission after four decades leading Schicker Ford of St. Louis and participating in local community boards such as BackStoppers.
Shannon Stephens from Ozark was appointed to the Child Abuse and Neglect Review Board where she works as a victim advocate for Christian County Prosecuting Attorney’s office focusing on crimes against children.
