On Sunday, Feb. 23, former Oak Park High School standout Carter Poole’s current college team, the Incarnate Word Cardinals, won 14-10 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Texas Southern Tigers.

The game took place at Sullivan Field. This was their third matchup against the Tigers this season.

The Cardinals’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 25 at 6:30 p.m. at UFCU Disch-Falk Field against Texas Longhorns.
