Today, Governor Mike Kehoe announced the appointments of Hattie Davis and Rodney McKinney to fill two county office vacancies in Missouri.

Hattie Davis, from Marble Hill, has been appointed as the Bollinger County Circuit Clerk. She has been serving as Acting Bollinger County Circuit Clerk since March. Her experience includes roles at the Office of State Courts Administration as a Senior Court Clerk and at the Bollinger County Prosecuting Attorney's Office as an Administrative Assistant. Davis is involved with the Marble Hill Optimist Club and has supported families through the U.S. Army's Family Readiness Group.

Rodney McKinney, from Marthasville, will serve as the Warren County Prosecuting Attorney. He operates his own firm, the Law Office of Rodney McKinney, since 2008. His past roles include Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Franklin County and assistant public defender in St. Louis City. McKinney is affiliated with the Missouri Bar and Franklin County Bar Association and volunteered with the Franklin County Treatment Court between 2013 and 2020. He holds a Juris Doctor from St. Louis University School of Law, graduating cum laude, and a Bachelor of Journalism degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
