A man from Fulton, Missouri, has been indicted by a federal grand jury in a case involving child pornography. Jacob Stockglausner, aged 38, was charged on April 8, 2025, with production, distribution, and possession of child pornography.
The indictment claims that Stockglausner used a minor under the age of twelve for creating explicit visual content. Additionally, he is accused of distributing such visual material using the social media platform Kik, and possessing child pornography involving a minor who was either prepubescent or under twelve years old.
These charges remain accusations and have not been proven. Evidence will need to be presented to a federal jury, which will determine the outcome regarding his guilt or innocence.
Under federal law, the penalties can be severe. If convicted, Stockglausner could face up to 30 years in prison for producing child pornography, and up to 20 years each for distribution and possession. These sentences would be served without parole. The final sentencing will be decided by the court following a presentence investigation by the United States Probation Office.
Assistant U.S. Attorneys Melissa A. Pierce and Ashley Turner are prosecuting this case. The investigation was conducted by the Boone County Sheriff’s Cyber Crime Task Force, with assistance from the FBI and the Callaway County Sheriff’s Department.
This case is part of Project Safe Childhood, a national initiative launched by the Department of Justice in May 2006 to tackle child sexual exploitation and abuse. The initiative aims to find and prosecute offenders while rescuing victims. More information about Project Safe Childhood can be found at the Department of Justice's website.
