Jefferson City — Governor Kehoe has appointed Jeffery McPherson of Webster Groves as Circuit Judge in the 21st Judicial Circuit.
McPherson is a partner at Armstrong Teasdale LLP. He received his Juris Doctor from St. Louis University School of Law and has a Bachelor of Arts in English from Southern Illinois University. Besides his practice, McPherson serves on the Appellate Missouri Bar Association. He will fill the vacancy created by Judge Virginia W. Lay's appointment to the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District.
