Governor Kehoe announces appointments to state boards

Governor Mike Kehoe announced the appointment of seven individuals to various boards in Missouri.

Mason Bell from Williamsville has been appointed to the Missouri Veterinary Medical Board. Dr. Bell serves as the chief financial officer and veterinarian at Bell Veterinary Services, LLC DBA Hillcrest Animal Hospital. He is affiliated with several professional organizations such as the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Missouri Veterinary Medical Association.

Mark Ellebracht of Excelsior Springs joins the Missouri Board of Probation and Parole. He is a principal partner at The Injury Council, a personal injury law firm in Clayton, Missouri. Ellebracht previously served in the Missouri House of Representatives for District 17 from 2017 to 2023.

Marcy Hammerle from Troy will also serve on the Missouri Veterinary Medical Board. Dr. Hammerle works as an associate veterinarian at Elm Point Animal Hospital and has held leadership roles within the Missouri Veterinary Medical Association.

Jeremy Manley of Springfield was appointed to the State Board of Mediation. Manley is president and business representative of Teamsters Local 245, having worked with various labor organizations prior.

Michael Pfander from Clever has been reappointed to the Missouri Veterinary Medical Board, where he has served since 2012. Dr. Pfander is a small animal veterinarian at Cottage Veterinary Hospital in Springfield.

Christopher Rohlfing of Fayette will continue his role on the Missouri Veterinary Medical Board, where he has been a public member since 2014. Mr. Rohlfing owns Production Agriculture and holds positions in other agricultural organizations.

Rodney Schad from Versailles was appointed to the State Environmental Improvement and Energy Resources Authority. Schad operates Schad Farm and previously represented the 115th District in the Missouri House of Representatives from 2005 to 2012.
