Progress in achieving gender equity within the workplace is ongoing, despite persistent challenges. Issues such as the wage gap, unconscious biases, underrepresentation in executive roles, and workplace harassment continue to affect women in their professional environments.

The U.S. Department of Labor reports that women working full-time year-round earn 84 percent of what men make on average. This figure has remained relatively unchanged for over ten years.

In light of these challenges, some companies are taking steps to create supportive environments where women can succeed. To acknowledge these efforts, Newsweek and data research firm Plant-A Insights Group have compiled a list titled America's Greatest Workplaces for Women 2025.

This compilation honors 1,000 organizations across the United States that demonstrate an active commitment to diversity and inclusion through supportive workplace policies.

The complete list is available via Newsweek.
