Governor Parson appoints three new judges to judicial circuits

Today, Governor Mike Parson announced the appointment of three new judges to the 10th, 13th, and 22nd Judicial Circuits in Missouri.

Jennifer A. Richardson from Monroe City has been appointed as Associate Circuit Judge for Marion County in the 10th Judicial Circuit. She currently serves as the District Defender for District 2 of the Missouri Public Defender’s Office. Richardson earned her Bachelor of Arts in English and a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri–Columbia. Her appointment fills the vacancy left by the election of Honorable John J. Jackson as Circuit Judge.

Jayne A. Pearman from Centralia will serve as Associate Circuit Judge for Boone County in the 13th Judicial Circuit. Pearman is the owner of Jayne A. Pearman LC and holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting and a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri–Columbia. She replaces Honorable Stephanie Morrell, who was elected as Circuit Judge.

Michael R. Dauphin from St. Louis has been appointed as Associate Circuit Judge for the 22nd Judicial Circuit. Dauphin is currently serving as Assessor for the City of St. Louis and has a Bachelor of Science in political science from Missouri State University along with a Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University. He takes over following Honorable Heather J. Hays's appointment as Circuit Judge.
