Governor Parson announces appointments to county offices across Missouri

Governor Mike Parson has announced the appointment of four individuals to fill county office vacancies in Missouri.

Kenneth "Ken" Cox from Gerald has been appointed as Franklin County Commissioner. Cox brings extensive experience from his 18-year tenure as senior director of engineering at Sensys Networks, Inc. He is an alumnus of Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville with a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering and is also a veteran of the United States Navy.

Rhonda Denman, residing in Fredericktown, will serve as Madison County Public Administrator. Denman is currently employed as a bookkeeper for the Marquand Zion R-VI School District. Her community involvement includes membership in the Fredericktown Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary and participation in the Fredericktown Azalea Festival Committee. She holds an Associate of Arts degree in business administration from Mineral Area College.

Gayle Linneman from Blackwater has been appointed Cooper County Collector. Linneman works as an office coordinator for Restoration Health and serves as a realtor with ReeceNichols Landmark Realty Group LLC. Additionally, she chairs the Immanuel Lutheran School Board. Her credentials include being a licensed practical nurse since 1985 and a licensed realtor since 2013.

Dr. Case Ruckman from Albany has been named Gentry County Coroner. Dr. Ruckman owns Albany Chiropractic, where he previously practiced as a doctor. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan College.
