Sporting Kansas City is set to travel for an away match against Real Salt Lake on Saturday, with kickoff scheduled for 8:30 p.m. CT at America First Field in Sandy, Utah. The Western Conference game will be broadcast via MLS Season Pass on Apple TV and can also be heard locally on Sports Radio 810 WHB. Supporters can gather at various locations in the Sporting Pub Network, including a watch party at No Other Pub in the Kansas City Power & Light District, where fans wearing SKC gear will receive discounts on drinks and food starting at 6:30 p.m.

Midfielder Zorhan Bassong recently earned his sixth cap with the Canada Men's National Team during a 3-0 win over Romania. He is expected to play again when Canada faces Wales in an international friendly Tuesday afternoon at Swansea.com Stadium.

On Tuesday, Sporting Kansas City players Daniel Salloi, Khiry Shelton, and Mason Toye will visit pediatric patients at Children’s Mercy as part of monthly play dates organized by the team. The visit coincides with National Teddy Bear Day and includes the donation of Sporting KC teddy bears as part of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month efforts supported by jersey-front sponsor Compass Minerals.

Fans have until Tuesday night to use code 25MLS for a 25% discount on orders from MLSstore.com, which includes items like the new Sporting Kansas City Gaming pre-match top.

Sporting Kansas City staff members and players Ryan Schewe and Jacob Bartlett will participate in packing 200 healthy meal kits for Harvesters on Wednesday afternoon at Children's Mercy Park. This volunteer event is supported by Price Chopper through food donations and aims to provide easy-to-prepare meals for families facing food insecurity in Kansas City.

The KC Cauldron supporters group will host its annual Hot Seat Town Hall Thursday evening at Compass Minerals National Performance Center in Kansas City, Kan., featuring club executives Jake Reid (President and CEO), Kerry Zavagnin (interim head coach), and Mike Burns (Sporting Director). Attendees can ask questions while panelists try progressively spicier local hot sauces.

Youth soccer events are planned throughout the week. On Friday evening, boys and girls ages 5-14 can attend a one-day camp at Children's Mercy Park that includes a locker room tour and field time inside the stadium. A new six-week Skills Training session begins Friday as well for children ages 6-9 at Central Bank Sporting Complex in Kansas City, Mo., focusing on individual development skills such as attacking, ball control, receiving, and passing.

Friday marks Major League Soccer's Roster Freeze Date; teams must submit their final rosters for the remainder of the season after this deadline per league rules—no changes allowed except under extreme hardship conditions until after MLS Cup concludes December 6.

Early childhood soccer programs—Sporting Stripes and Sporting Stars—for children aged two to eight begin new sessions Saturday across several venues including The Soccer Lot (Kansas City), Homefield (Olathe), Maranatha Christian Academy (Shawnee), and The Barstow School (Kansas City). Details are available through SportingKCYouth.com.

The Sporting KC Academy hosts Shattuck-St. Mary's Saturday morning at Swope Soccer Village as part of its MLS NEXT campaign; U-15s/U-18s play first followed by U-16s later that day.

Finally, Sporting KC II continues its MLS NEXT Pro season Sunday night against North Texas SC in Arlington, Texas. The match streams live via MLSNEXTPro.com with updates provided through @SportingKCII on X.
