Sporting Kansas City will host Austin FC at Children’s Mercy Park on Sunday in the MLS Match of the Week. The match is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. CT, with streaming available through MLS Season Pass on Apple TV and radio coverage on ESPN 94.5 FM. Tickets for the game can be purchased via SeatGeek.com.

According to the league’s official Player Status Report submitted before the match, Sporting Kansas City will be without midfielder Manu Garcia, who is missing his fifth consecutive game due to a quad injury sustained in late July. Defender Ian James and midfielder Zorhan Bassong are also unavailable as they are on international duty.

Austin FC will be without several players due to international commitments and injuries. Defenders Julio Cascante (Costa Rica) and Oleksandr Svatok (Ukraine), midfielders Micah Burton (U.S. U-20s) and Dani Pereira (Venezuela), forward Jimmy Farkarlun (Liberia), and forward Myrto Uzuni (Albania) are all away with their national teams. Additionally, midfielder Besard Sabovic and forward Brandon Vazquez are sidelined with knee injuries.
