The Kansas City Chiefs and the Hunt Family Foundation have released their 2024-2025 Kingdom Impact Report, highlighting the organization’s community outreach and charitable activities over the past year. The announcement was made Thursday during the annual Chiefs Kickoff Luncheon, which benefits the KC Chamber.
The report, featuring linebacker Nick Bolton on its cover, details a range of programs run by the Chiefs, the Hunt Family Foundation, and other groups within the Chiefs Community Caring Team. It also includes highlights of individual players’ involvement in local initiatives and their own charitable foundations.
Chiefs Vice President of Community Impact and Civic Affairs Anne Scharf stated, "Our 11th annual Kingdom Impact Report reflects the strength of our organization-wide commitment to responsive community engagement as well as our authentic, long-term relationships with our community partners. We remain grateful for the opportunity to walk alongside our community and contribute in ways that reflect the values of the Chiefs organization."
Key points from this year’s report include $430,000 raised for Jackson County CASA through the annual Chiefs Charity Game. This year’s game will also benefit Jackson County CASA and is scheduled for Friday, August 22 during a preseason matchup against the Chicago Bears.
Additionally, $1.7 million was raised for Kansas City-based charities through the Hunt Family Foundation 50/50 Raffle at each home game at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium. Since its start, the HFF Spring Grant Cycle has awarded 28 grants totaling more than $500,000.
The Red Friday tradition continues this season on September 5. Over 11 years, it has generated $7 million for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Kansas City through sales of limited-edition flags.
