Jefferson City — Governor Mike Kehoe has announced the appointment of four individuals to various boards and a commission. These appointments include Edward C. Clausen, Belinda Farrington, Colonel Mark McCarter, and Lyle Rosburg.
Edward C. Clausen from Centertown has been appointed to the Conservation Commission. He is a partner at Newman, Comley and Ruth P.C., where he specializes in defending medical malpractice claims. Clausen is actively involved in several organizations including the Conservation Federation of Missouri and the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys. His educational background includes a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri School of Law.
Belinda Farrington from Saint Charles will join the Lincoln University Board of Curators. She is currently a human resources leader at Friendly Temple Church in St. Louis and has over 30 years of experience establishing learning programs within St. Louis County departments. Farrington holds a master's degree in human resources development from Webster University.
Colonel Mark McCarter from Wardsville has been reappointed to the Child Abuse and Neglect Review Board. A retired U.S. Army veteran, McCarter works as a consequence management consultant for M2 Solutions after serving nearly 30 years in military service with roles such as director of plans for the Missouri National Guard. He volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) in Jefferson City.
Lyle Rosburg, CPA, from Lohman has been appointed to the Missouri Health Facilities Review Board. He serves as chief financial officer for Williams-Keepers, LLC, with previous experience at Jefferson City Medical Group. Rosburg participates actively in various organizations including the Mizzou Alumni Association and Jefferson City Host Lions Club.
