Governor Parson announces 16 appointments across various boards

Today, Governor Mike Parson announced 16 appointments to various boards and commissions.

Brian Brooks of Marshfield was appointed to the Missouri Propane Safety Commission. Brooks serves as vice president of Brooks Gas Company and as the National Propane Gas Association's Missouri state director. He is also vice chair of the Missouri Propane Education and Research Council. Brooks holds a Bachelor of Science in finance from Metropolitan State University of Denver.

Kim Brown of St. Peters was appointed to the Missouri Pet Spay/Neuter Fund Board. Brown is vice president and chief operations officer for Animal Protective Association of Missouri and previously served in the United States Army Reserves. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in human resources and a Master of Arts in nonprofit administration from Lindenwood University.

Paul "Stephen" Buckley of Four Seasons was appointed to the Missouri Commission on Human Rights. Buckley is an agent for Ozark Realty in Lake Ozark and previously served as human resources director for ABB, Inc’s Distribution Transformer Business Area. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Widener University.

Cliff Callis of Sedalia was appointed to the Missouri Propane Safety Commission. Callis is CEO of Callis and Associates Inc., a member of the Sedalia Pettis County Economic Development Board, vice president of the Bothwell Regional Health Center Foundation Board, and past president of the Center for Human Services Board. He holds a Bachelor of Science in business from Missouri Valley College.

Richard Childs of Kansas City was appointed to the State Board of Embalmers and Funeral Directors. Childs has been vice president and general manager at Park Lawn Funeral Homes since 1983, holding membership with both state and national funeral directors associations.

Timothy "Tim" Flora of Ellisville was appointed to the Board for Private Investigators and Private Fire Investigator Examiners. Flora is company president at Mid-West Protective Service Inc., reserve police officer for Moscow Mills Police Department, and chairperson for Metro West Fire Protection District's Board. He holds degrees from Tarkio College (Bachelor) and Webster University (Master).

Susan Hardy from Springfield was named student representative on the Missouri State University Board of Governors while Adli Jacobs from St Charles took up a similar role at Truman State University's board.

Susan "Renee" Pace from Eldon joined America 250 Missouri Commission along with Esther Rosner from Jefferson City who has roles within Daughters Of The American Revolution among others

Carson Ross now sits on Jackson County Sports Complex Authority having previously led Blue Springs city & municipal league after serving US army during Vietnam War period; his degree comes via Rockhurst university’s business admin course

Dr Christopher “Chris” Slinkard CPA Diamond joins MO commission handling human rights alongside Dr Joshua Stilley Columbia whom advises emergency medical services council whilst being active educator UM & NAEMSP body locally here

Returning commissioner Randy Warner Kingsville retains propane safety duties; he manages product safely Cavagna North America firm additionally consulting own venture spanning quarter-century sector experience educational background rooted technical drafting discipline ITT tech

Lastly board healing arts appoints Dr Chris Wilhelm Columbia practicing physician affiliated MU plus firefighter Boone county protection district past Air Force seniority base level MD Uniformed Services university – school medicine coupled BS nursing earlier achieved Portland location
