House of Heavilin Beauty College-Kansas City enrolls 24 undergrads

At House of Heavilin Beauty College-Kansas City, 52 percent of undergraduate students are nontraditional students - age 25 or older - and 96 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The private for-profit school in Kansas City enrolled 24 students in fall 2018, all in undergraduate programs, data shows. No undergraduates were transferred from another college or university.

80 percent of undergraduates are residents of Missouri, and 20 percent are residents of other states.

The undergraduate student body is comprised of students who identify as Black or African American (92 percent) and white (8 percent).
