For Sporting Kansas City, Nemanja Radoja, Dany Rosero, and Robert Voloder are sidelined due to injuries. Zorhan Bassong is on international duty with Canada at the Gold Cup, and Khiry Shelton will miss the game due to a suspension following a red card received against FC Dallas on June 14.
Charlotte FC will also have absentees. Nathan Byrne is out with a neck injury, while Tim Ream and Patrick Agyemang are away on international duty with the U.S. national team. Forward Nimfasha Berchimas is sidelined with a foot injury.
