On Saturday, May 3, former Rockhurst High School standout Will Walsh’s current college team, the Nebraska Cornhuskers, won 5-4 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Minnesota Golden Gophers.

The game took place at Hawks Field at Haymarket Park. This was their second matchup against the Golden Gophers this season.

The Cornhuskers’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, May 4 at 1 p.m. at Hawks Field at Haymarket Park against Minnesota Golden Gophers.
