On Sunday, April 13, former Oak Park High School standout Irelynn West’s current college team, the Lindenwood Lions, won 4-2 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Western Illinois Leathernecks.
The game took place at Lou Brock Sports Complex. This was their third matchup against the Leathernecks this season.
The Lions’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, April 17 at 3:05 p.m. at University Field against Morehead State Eagles.
