The Kansas City Chiefs have announced Dayforce, Inc. as the team’s Official Human Resources Services Provider. The partnership will see the Chiefs use Dayforce’s platform to manage various HR functions including payroll, workforce management, and talent analytics.

According to the team, this collaboration is intended to improve decision-making and provide real-time support for staff across the organization. “Like so many industries, human resources and people management are continuously evolving, and as our business and workforce grow, we are constantly in need of efficient and effective solutions to help us manage our talent,” said Kirsten Krug, Executive Vice President of Administration for the Chiefs. “We’ve long trusted the Dayforce suite to assist us, and we’re thrilled to continue our collaboration and deepen our relationship to gain even greater insights into our workforce and better serve our employees as we continue developing as an organization.”

Chris Armstrong, Chief Customer Officer at Dayforce, Inc., commented on the partnership: “The Kansas City Chiefs are setting a new standard for how organizations manage complexity and elevate the employee experience with our AI-powered people platform. Dayforce helps the Chiefs stay ahead of compliance challenges so they can focus on building a high-performing, people-first culture. They know what it takes to win – on the field and in the workplace – and we’re excited to keep building on this momentum together.”

Dayforce’s technology offers real-time data that supports compliant payroll processing, streamlines operations through workforce management tools, and uses artificial intelligence to attract and retain talent. The platform’s single data architecture aims to simplify HR processes for organizations like the Chiefs.
