On Sunday, April 13, former Oak Park High School standout Carter Poole’s current college team, the Incarnate Word Cardinals, lost 14-7 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the McNeese State Cowboys.

The game took place at Sullivan Field. This was their third matchup against the Cowboys this season.

The Cardinals’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 15 at 6:05 p.m. at Crutcher Scott Field against Abilene Christian Wildcats.
